- – Partner with the function to deploy the organization’s people agenda across the operation and playing a key role in establishing key metrics for achieving long-term People, Capability, and Capacity strategies.

- –Collaborate with the business to create a high-performance culture by implementing team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.
- – Maintain effective employee relations through regular connection with employees in their functional organization.
Key Education and Skill Requirements:
- – Graduation and/or Post-Graduation from a reputed recognized national/international institute.
- – 4+ years of working experience in HR Business Partnering/ in an FMCG organization.
- – Good people leadership skills with a strong understanding of team dynamics and capability development.
- –Action-oriented with the ability to work independently, taking ownership to positively impact and influence the different areas of the organization.
Eligibility of application:
Must have undergraduate and postgraduate passes from any recognized university. Must have 4 years experience in the related fields.
